Alleviating Burnout Trauma is training that addresses the underlying issues that cause burnout in the workplace, which can lead to trauma. We utilize evidence-based practices to help make organizations and businesses more effective without burning out staff. When staff members are burnout, they can do two things, quit and leave the organization or quit and stay in the organization. Our goal is to help alleviate turnover and to ensure we help individuals find work-life balance.
